All tickets must be personalized.
Names on tickets are not checked at the entrance, so it is not a problem if all tickets are under your name.
How does personalization work?
After your purchase, you will receive an email from Paylogic as soon as your tickets can be personalized. For this, you will need the following details for each visitor:
- First name & last name
- Email address
- Gender
- Date of birth
- City of residence
Once completed, the tickets will be sent automatically via email.
Can’t find your ticket(s)? You can have your confirmation email resent using the link below.
Entered the wrong email address or no longer have access to it? Easily update your email address via the link below.
Only purchase tickets through our official ticket shop.
Please note: fake accounts are active on social media trying to sell tickets. Do not respond to them.
Can’t make it to the event anymore? You can easily and safely sell your tickets via TicketSwap, even if your tickets haven’t been issued yet.
Here is how it works:
- Open your confirmation email from Paylogic
- Click on “Manage Order”
- Go to “More Actions”
- Select “Sell on TicketSwap”
- Follow the steps on the TicketSwap website
You can have your ticket scanned from your mobile phone or on paper.
If you choose to print it, please use A4 size (a color print is not required).
Scanning from your phone? Set your screen brightness to maximum so the QR code can be easily read at the entrance.
It is not possible to request a refund. If you still want to part with your ticket, sell it safely via TicketSwap.
